What is worth writing about
- A number that looks wrong. This is the most useful email you can send. Include the calculator, the inputs you used and the figure you expected. Errors get fixed and the page gets re-dated.
- A calculator that should exist. Especially if you do this work daily and keep reaching for a spreadsheet. Tell me what the inputs and the decision are.
- A source for a value. If you have the published figure for a carrier divisor, a container spec or a class band, that is directly useful - several tools are waiting on exactly that before they ship.
- An assumption that does not hold in your market. Duty bases, tax bases and charging practices vary more than most calculators admit. If a page is wrong for your country, say so.
What this site cannot help with
StowMath is a set of calculators, not a brokerage or an advisory service. It cannot classify your goods, quote your freight, clear your shipment, or tell you what duty rate applies to a product. Response time
This is run by one person, so expect days rather than hours. Reported calculation errors jump the queue - a wrong number on a live page gets looked at the same day it is reported.
